AIMNETWORK is the Easy Learning coordinator.
This project funded under Erasmus+ programme, in the sector of Youth in Action, KA1 mobility of Young people and Youth workers. The project gathered 45 youth workers from 8 European countries: Italy, Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria, Estonia, Croatia, Romania and Spain, in a 7 days seminar who took place in Ferrara, Italy. The project aims at generating new experiential learning techniques that education practitioners can use in order to develop new trainings meant to facilitate youth access to labour market. Through activities and interactions, future cooperation plans were developed between the partners with the empowerment of both trainers, Alina Burlacu and Maria Kavouri. Supporting youth workers and youth leaders to think in innovative ways of approaching youth related topics and develop creative solutions, will increase the impact and efficiency of youth activities and will generate innovative methodologies that increase effective participation of all project-actors involved in youth projects: partners, young people, youth workers, local communities, and policymakers. You can find the seminar results in the following “Easy Learning Toolkit” brochure or on SALTO’s toolbox, currently published by the trainer Alina Burlacu. You can also find our video on youtube
